Step 1

I used the rub on a small pork loin. It made a nice crust on the meat and was a terrific basic rub! I made a reduced amount and even cut the salt more for dietary needs.Thank you for sharing your recipe!

A great tasting rub I used on BBQued Chicken Breasts. I didn't have dark brown sugar but the regular type worked fine for me. Made for the Recipebook Tag game.
