Air Fryer Red Potatoes
"Cubed seasoned red potatoes in the air fryer. They're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can switch up the seasonings for variety, too. I wrote the recipe using our favorite seasonings. I like to use avocado oil because I think it develops a crispier outside."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the cubed red potatoes, drizzle with oil, and generously season with spices. Toss until well coated.
Step 2
Air fry at 390°F for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Shake the fryer basket, making sure all of the potatoes are moved into a different position.
Step 4
Continue to air fry for another 10 minutes at the same temperature, or until the outside is browned and crisped to your liking.
Step 5
Taste, adjust seasoning with additional salt and black pepper, if needed. Serve hot.
