Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add the cubed red potatoes, drizzle with oil, and generously season with spices. Toss until well coated.
Step 2: Air fry at 390°F for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Shake the fryer basket, making sure all of the potatoes are moved into a different position.
Step 4: Continue to air fry for another 10 minutes at the same temperature, or until the outside is browned and crisped to your liking.
Step 5: Taste, adjust seasoning with additional salt and black pepper, if needed. Serve hot.
