"In my search for a REALLY good ABM wheat bread, I located this recipe. It is from a 20 year old Better Homes & Gardens bread machine cookbook. It's hearty but not overly heavy. Makes great toast!"

Step 1

The finer the nuts are chopped the more subtle their texture in the bread. Add nuts with the flour. Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in order of manufacturer's instruction.

Step 2

Set for wheat bread, light crust.

Had to wait on the making for this this one needing to get the whole wheat flour and the pecans. It is just as good as I thought it would be. Will be measuring out the ingredients all ready to go for Easter weekend - know the family will love it as much as we do - thinking to doubling the recipe. We loved the nutty taste!
