Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 90 grams milk chocolate chips (1/2 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips.

  • Step 3: When blended, gently mix in the chocolate chips.

  • Step 4: Using your fingers to form 1 1/2 inch balls (dough will be very wet and sticky, so don't worry) and place them onto an un-greased parchment lined cookie sheet. Please don't make them too big because they do spread.

  • Step 5: Bake for 9 minutes. Let the cookies sit on the cookies sheet for about 30 seconds to 1 minute before transferring them to a wire rack for cooling.

  • Step 6: Makes around a dozen small cookies.
