CITRUS DRESSING: Made as written.
We loved this dressing, so easy to make just whisk all together and done!
Made for a tangy dressing for our salad, and loved the tang of the lemon with the mustard, they complimented each other so well.
I made he apple-mustard version. It came out great and I made up a bunch of small portions in little plastic containers to take to work everyday. It is a recipe that lasts quite a few days. I will be making the other versions as well.
I made the creamy dressing version and loved it! I love creamy dressings, but they are often filled with lots of fat, sugar, etc... This was a much healthier version and so easy to make. I really loved the chives. Thank you!
Made the apple mustard vinaigrette, only added oil. Served over a green salad with apples and walnuts - it was delicious. This is like salad from France!
