Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Meatballs


Step 2

Wet the bread and mix in rest of ingredients.

Step 3

Make meatballs.

Step 4

Put in casserole.

Step 5

Mix the sauce ingredients in bowl, rinsing out soup can with water.

Step 6

Pour over meatballs.

Step 7

Bake in 350°F oven for about 50 minutes.

Loved this for an easy weeknight meal! I made as directed except I used more chili powder (about a tablespoon in each place) than called for and I only had yellow bell pepper instead of green, so that's what I used. We served with rice and veggies. Very much enjoyed! Made for For Your Consideration over at the FFF forum.
