Step 1: Season steak.
Step 2: Heat margarine in large stockpot.
Step 3: Brown steak.
Step 4: Add water, tomatoes, beef bouillon and seasoning to taste.
Step 5: Bring to a boil.
Step 6: Simmer covered 30 minutes.
Step 7: Add all the veggies.
Step 8: Simmer covered another 30 minutes.
Step 9: Mix the roux and add to the soup.
Step 10: Simmer stirring until thickened.
Step 11: Season to taste.
