Yep simple and great Linda, I don't know about the pats, my pat may be bigger than yours, this is simple and still brings out the flavor of the tuna, sometimes simple is really the best, the Capt. gives this 5 stars!

yep Capt. J says that's for sure if you haven't tried this do so, I've made this plenty of times a little different though the outcome is the same, go for this it's easy, you'll love it
