Cinco de Mayo may be over, but the cookathon/photothon continues through today. You may still continue to make tags from now through midnight EDT (Eastern Daylight Time).
This is a good chance to squeeze in anything you wanted to try but did not get a chance to make just yet. ;)
Remember, you have until May 15th to post your reviews and photos to the recipe, so it gives you plenty of time to think about your review and also get your photos edited, etc.
