These ribs were great however I found that there was not enough marinade for 2 pounds of ribs so I doubled the marinade recipe, I have no idea what Shaoshing wine is and I did not have sherry so I used dry red wine (1/4 cup), I would make these again because everyone enjoyed eating them, thank you LindasBusyKitchen

Very good a little rich and I'm sure a ton of calories however we really enjoyed it.

This is a difference concept of making potatoes. this is one of the recipes I chose for the Billboard recipe game and glad I did, I made this on a large electric flat grill so I could make all of them at one time, these were a huge success, thank you Queenbea!
