"I make this with fresh green beans in the summer, the combination of flavors really make a great tasting salad, sliced toasted almonds works okay for this instead of the walnuts. Since this is dairy-free it travels well in a cooler for picnics"

Wonderful, refreshing, healthy salad. Yellow and green beans right from the garden. The lemon, orange dressing is just right!. The salad was served in combination with two other salads for a special birthday luncheon for friends. Everyone loved it. Thanks Yancey for posting.
