This is a very good chicken recipe, I made the sauce a day ahead before I went to work, I used legs and thighs and baked the chicken at 450F for 10 minutes to release any juice I drained the juice then reduced the heat to 350F brushed with lots of sauce then continues baking. Thanks this was really good!

I'm really not much of a professional baker but I do enjoy making homemade bread and rolls when the weather is cooler and I have the time, these turned out perfect which sometimes doesn't happen when I make buns, thank you very much for your perfect recipe!

I love roasted Fall vegetables, this was so good! I coated the veggies in a little olive oil instead of cooking spray and also added a few whole cloves of garlic, I think the Cajun spice really makes the vegetables come to life! Everyone loved this, thanks.

This was not bad, I used low fat milk so I probably should not even rate this, It was not as creamy as I think it should have been, I'm goling to make this with full fat milk next time, we still enjoyed it though, thank you Chickadee

I liked this chicken and knowing it is semi lower fat made me like it even more, it's a recipe I will make over again, just to let you know that 1 cup of flour was too much I'll reduce amount next time. thanks
