Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil beef chunks and onion in water until tender.
Step 2
Add corn and beans and heat thoroughly.
Step 3
Mash sunflower seeds by placing seeds between waxed paper and pressing with a rolling pin.( use sun butter)
Step 4
Bring beef mixture to a boil again and add mashed seeds, stirring well. Simmer until broth has thickened.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper.
