"A healthy style burger that is wonderful served on a bun with lettuce and onion or just served on its own. It really does need some kind of relish to serve. This was really delicious ~ I served some fried onion on top, some beetroot relish. I also had some tzatziki sauce leftover so this went on top of the burger with slice of leftover camembert cheese on top as well. This all came together well for a lovely vegetarian burger."
