Step 1: Place the zucchini in strainer, let drain for 10 minutes and then squeeze excess water from zucchini. Combine the zucchini, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, green onion, egg, parsley, chives & chili flakes in medium bowl and season. Shape mixture into two patties.
Step 2: Spray a non-stick frying pan with the cooking spray. Place pan on a medium-high heat. Place in the shaped burgers and cook until golden on both sides and heated through.
Step 3: Remove burger from the pan and serve immediately with some relish.
Step 4: Burger patties can be reheated in the microwave, if needed.
