"This is a fantastic recipe, use it to sprinkle over salads, soups or a great idea is to serve za'atar in a bowl with a side bowl of olive oil and small pieces of warmed Turkish bread or focaccia bread for dipping – dip bread first in the oil, then into the za'atar..... delish! You can find sumac at some select supermarkets."

Step by Step Method
NOTE: The sesame seed will need to toasted in a dry frypan over a low to just medium heat for 2 minutes or until golden and set aside to cool
Step 1
Except for sesame seeds blend all ingredients, in food processor until just combined, add sesame seeds and pulse a few times until combined. Do not over pulse or mix will turn into a paste.
Step 2
Serve however you wish.
