Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup sumac
  • 2 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (roasted, see note in prep)
  • 2 tablespoons dried marjoram
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt

How to Make

  • NOTE: The sesame seed will need to toasted in a dry frypan over a low to just medium heat for 2 minutes or until golden and set aside to cool

  • Step 1: Except for sesame seeds blend all ingredients, in food processor until just combined, add sesame seeds and pulse a few times until combined. Do not over pulse or mix will turn into a paste.

  • Step 2: Serve however you wish.
