Step by Step Method

Place potato sticks in a large bowl of ice water to remove excess starches.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Heat oil in a large, deep skillet to 350F.

Dry potatoes and deep-fry them
Step 6
One cup at-a-time in stages until they turn golden brown.

Dont do more than this or the oil will foam up and cause a big danger

Transfer potatoes to a cookie sheet and keep warm in oven until your done
