Step 1
Combine butter and flour in a soup pot. Stir in mashed hard-boiled eggs, grated lemon zest , juice
Step 2
Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Bring milk almost to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 4
Pour it slowly into the egg mixture, stirring to combine.
Step 5
Add crab meat and heat through gently, for about ten minutes.
Step 6
Stir in cream, and bring soup back to a near boil.
Step 7
Remove from heat and stir in sherry and two dashes of Worcestershire sauce
