Step 2: Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Bring milk almost to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 4: Pour it slowly into the egg mixture, stirring to combine.
Step 5: Add crab meat and heat through gently, for about ten minutes.
Step 6: Stir in cream, and bring soup back to a near boil.
Step 7: Remove from heat and stir in sherry and two dashes of Worcestershire sauce
