Step by Step Method

Step 1

Squeeze juice from 6 oranges to make 1 1/2 cups juice and then strain juice through a sieve into a saucepan. Stir in honey and heat until hot (DO NOT BOIL).

Step 2

In a bowl of an electric mixer mix the cream until soft peaks form and then stir in 1 tablespoon whisky.

Step 3

Stir 2 tablespoons whisky into the hot orange juice.

Step 4

Pour orange juice mixture into 2 warm whisky glasses and then top with a layer of whipped cream and toasted oats.
