Welshman's Delight
"A sweet treat that we enjoy at Christmas time. This was first prepared for us by a wonderful couple who attended our church in Tennessee, a Welshman who had married a "Southern Belle". We have fond memories every time we indulge in these goodies. (Prep time includes refrigeration). "
