"This is a very old Weight Watchers recipe from a pamphlet for week 1. It's surprisingly thick and creamy. This recipe works out to 3 points plus under the current system."

thank you Dreamer_in_Ontario, I made this for my kids using fresh strawberries, a wonderful low-fat delicious shake that everyone really loved, I used real sugar not the sugar substitue

Made this using prepared powdered milk with the instant coffee option and a frozen banana. Very nice milk shake. Will be trying this with many different variations. Thanks for sharing your recipe. made for the Recipebook Tag game

Very nice light alternative for a milk shake! I used vanilla extract, frozen strawberries and Splenda to taste. It really did taste like a strawberry milk shake! Freddy Cat says thanks for the drink! Made for the Recipebook recipe tag game.

Love this milk shake! I used a bag of frozen bananas, peaches, and strawberries for us and doubled the other ingredients so hubby could share with me. It made about two 12 ounce glasses of thick and very creamy shakes. Reminded me of a Frosty from Wendy's but much better. :) Will be trying different fruit combinations and making this often. Thanks Dreamer for a nice treat! Made and reviewed for the Recipebook Tag game in the game forum.

This is wonderful Dreamer. You're right, thick and creamy rich. I used a partially frozen banana as my fruit of choice. And, almond for my flavoring. You don't need icecream to get your milk shake fix with this offering. This is one recipe I"ll go to again using all the different types of frozen fruits I have in my freezer.
