My husband likes this recipe. It has a strong vinegar taste. He says when he puts a little chalulas on it he can taste all the other flavors with it. I tasted it and he was right. However, this is for him. HeeHee

Yum Yum! We love these tangy pickled eggs! Hubby says they remind him of his favorite Filipino dipping sauce, which is vinegar with crushed garlic in it. He says he would even add more garlic next time. Made for the Alphabet Soup recipe tag game.

I made these last week but wanted to let them steep in the liquid for a few more days then called for so they would be nice and pickled. These are great pickled eggs and I look forward to having them for snacks, especially when I wake up in the middle of the night and my sugar is low, and I am too tired to make anything. I have the beano ready Bea! Thanks for sharing :) Linda
