"Great dinner party item; goes well with Asian, Polynesian, or Pacific Island cuisine. If you don't have a volcano bowl, no worries. Just skip the part about igniting the top and serve instead in normal cocktail glasses."

Delicious! This cocktail has an earth, rummy flavor, not too tart , not too sweet. It will definitely go in our summer rotation! It made full to the brim cocktails and I wished I'd used my double cocktail shaker (this would not have fit my standard cocktail shaker - it's a good thing I have a Mama Bear sized one too! ) Made for Suzie's World Tour - Welcome to Hawaii for the Pantry Pirates.
