Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook beans in boiling, salted water for 3 minutes
Step 2
Add cauliflower and cook 2 minutes
Step 3
Drain beans and cauliflower well
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix water, soy sauce, sherry, sugar, pepper and cornstarch.
Step 5
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok over high heat until sizzling
Step 6
Stir-fry onion 1 minute
Step 7
Add beans and cauliflower and stir-fry 2 minutes, or just until tender crisp
Step 8
Push vegetables to the side of the wok and add soy sauce mixture, cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens and bubbles, then stir in vegetables
Step 9
Add Tomatoes and heat thoroughly
