"This is out of a cookbook called "Patio Daddy-O" 50's recipes with a 90's twist. It sure sounds weird, but the combination creates something like an Indonesian satay sandwich. Any sweet onion will work. I know some guy will give this a try. Preparation time includes cleaning time."

I had to use creamy peanut butter and bagged salad mix. This is a good change. Next time I will mix the peanut butter and mayo up first.
