"This recipe is often requested by friends. It is easy and very tasty. A pound of turkey goes a long way in this recipe. You can make small ones and serve them on toothpicks with a sauce as an appetizer. I like to add sweet peppers, onion & mushrooms to the pan to serve along side. The pepper saute goes nicely over pasta"

Mix all the ingredients together, shape into approximately 30 meatballs

Spray a non stick pan lightly with oil
