"Found this on biggest looser but decreased several ingredients to fit into 12 regular sized muffin tins. It is tasty I usually use sweet onion in place of green onions as can't use from store soon enough so it rots . If you used full recipe you would have to use bigger muffin tins. I make ahead and freeze muffins frittatas"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 350*F. mix 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. Cook ground turkey, sprinkle with cumin; stir to mix.
Step 2
In large skillet over medium-high heat add oil, green pepper, mushrooms and chipotle peppers. Cook 5 minutes stir occasionally until mushrooms are cooked
Step 3
In large bowl, whisk eggs, milk and cilantro until well mixed. Stir in turkey and cheese, mushroom mix and green onions.
Step 4
Spoon into muffin cups fill 3/4 full bake 20 minutes or set
