Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, paprika, and pepper.

Add remaining ingredients and stir to evenly coat.
Step 3
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Step 4
Just before serving place the tomato halves on the top.
