Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt (more to season if needed)
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (more to season if needed)
  • 1 pound dry macaroni (cooked, rinsed under cold water, drained)
  • 2 small celery rib, small dice
  • 1 large red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 10 ounces cooked tuna (two 5 ounce cans each, well drained)
  • 1/3 cup fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, paprika, and pepper.
