"These little beauties are just wonderful to serve at a gathering or party. These were even like by people that didn't like tuna!!!! I made mine in patty pans (the recipe states muffin pans) and got about 24, they also did not take as long to cook. N.B. Be sure to use Tuna in spring water."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cut 4 each 10cm circles from each pastry sheet.

Step 2

Place pastry circles into a greased 12 cup medium muffin tin.

Step 3

Combine creamed corn, eggs, chives and sour cream and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Spoon mixture into pastry cases and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 5

Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 20-25 minutes.
