"I been meaning to try tiger butter for a while only to realize it calls for crunchy or chunky peanut butter when I was about to prepare my ingredients. All I had was smooth. So, to solve that problem I decided to use some rice krispies cereal to get a crunch. The result turned out delicious. This is a small batch recipe and it's really rich. So instead of four servings I think it could easily do eight and satisfy everyone."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Lay parchment paper or silpat on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Melt white chocolate and peanut butter together till smooth - can do this in the microwave or in a double boiler.
Step 3
Note: I melted the peanut butter first and then stirred in the white chips, this prevented the white chocolate from scorching and it melted beautifully!
Step 4
Pour mixture on lined baking sheet and spread to about 1/4 inch thick.
Step 5
Sprinkle on the rice krispies and press into chocolate slightly.
Step 6
Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips - using 1 teaspoon butter to thin out chocolate if desired.
Step 7
Pour melted chocolate chips into tiger pattern over white chocolate and swirl with a butter knife incorporating the rice krispies cereal as you go along.
Step 8
Place sheet in fridge for an hour for candy to set.
Step 9
Peel the candy off the paper or silpat and break into 4 large pieces or 8 smaller pieces - I prefer the smaller pieces because this candy is very rich.
Step 10
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
