Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook bacon on medium heat until crispy
Step 2
Add onion and cook until translucent
Step 3
Add clam juice from both cans and can of soup
Step 4
Add potatoes, cover and cook until fork tender, stirring occasionally. Add clams
Step 5
In a separate large pot, melt butter and whisk in flour.
Step 6
Slowly whisk in cream until thick and creamy
Step 7
Add cream mixture, nutritional yeast (if using) salt & pepper to original pan
Step 8
Heat all through and serve
