Step 1: Cook bacon on medium heat until crispy
Step 2: Add onion and cook until translucent
Step 3: Add clam juice from both cans and can of soup
Step 4: Add potatoes, cover and cook until fork tender, stirring occasionally. Add clams
Step 5: In a separate large pot, melt butter and whisk in flour.
Step 6: Slowly whisk in cream until thick and creamy
Step 7: Add cream mixture, nutritional yeast (if using) salt & pepper to original pan
Step 8: Heat all through and serve
