OMG!!! Some of the best rice I've ever had! Ten stars aren't enough for this recipe that's going straight into my Best of 2024 file. Followed the recipe to a "T" except I cheated and used some frozen pre-cooked light brown rice. I'd do the same next time, as it was perfect. The flavors are incredible and the creamy texture takes it over the top. Thanks for sharing - we'll make this over and over again!

We had this with Fish Tacos. Delicious cheesy rice, and very filling!

No MSG for us and it was still delicious. I opted to use evaporated milk which made it thick and creamy. The ingredients melded well and it was great with baked pork chops and garlic green beans. Very nice!

I made this a while ago and forgot to review it. I used orange capsicum as I had no green on hand and also left out the M.S.G. I used the coconut milk version, although next time I think I will try the evaporated milk. We did really enjoy this rice, it came out with a little bit of crust on top which made for a nice texture. The flavors really complimented the rice, which made for a lovely side dish to our meal. The hardest part of this recipe is to cook the rice, so it is a winner all around!
