Step by Step Method

Step 1

Beat egg whites until stiff

Step 2

In another bowl combine the egg yolks with the milk and cornstarch and baking powder and some seasonings

Beat until light

Fold in the whites

Step 5

Pour into greased casserole

Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned,they didn't have a time so I'm guessing 15 minutes

Step 7

Meanwhile fry steaks, seasoned

Step 8

Pour warmed gravy over omelet once plated and serve steak on side
