Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 large eggs (separated)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 466 grams beef gravy (1 cup)
  • 2 steaks (16 ounces) beef sirloin (8 ounce each steak)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat egg whites until stiff

  • Step 2: In another bowl combine the egg yolks with the milk and cornstarch and baking powder and some seasonings

  • Step 3: Beat until light

  • Step 4: Fold in the whites

  • Step 5: Pour into greased casserole

  • Step 6: Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned,they didn't have a time so I'm guessing 15 minutes

  • Step 7: Meanwhile fry steaks, seasoned

  • Step 8: Pour warmed gravy over omelet once plated and serve steak on side
