"My sister chris loves this . It has no beans in it around texas now up north it does just put in a coupla cans of pinto beans if you like. They used tablespoons for spices im using teaspoons feel free to add more if you like it that way"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a large heavy pot over medium- high heat.
Step 2
Add bell peppers, jalapeno, onion, garlic, and saute until tender, about 6 minutes. Add cumin, paprika ,oregano, chili powders, and cayenne and continue to cook, another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add pork and beef stew meat
Step 4
Crumble and cook beef and chorizo in a separate saute pan until browned, strain grease and add meat to cooked vegetables.
Step 5
Add Worcestershire, kitchen bouquet, hot sauce and tomato paste.
Step 6
Continue cooking until tomato paste turns nicely brown and caramelized, another 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 7
Add beef broth, beer ,tomatoes and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook, 1 hour.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
