"This tuna steak turns out well done and juicy. If you prefer it pinkish in the middle 15 minutes is plenty for the cook time. You will have a bit of the mayonnaise mixture left. I mix this with whatever steamed veggie I am serving with the fish. You can cut the cooked fish in half for 4 servings or keep them whole for 2 hearty servings."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, rosemary and garlic powder.
Step 2
Place a layer of foil over a rimmed baking sheet and coat with non-stick spray.
Step 3
Sprinkle the tuna with salt and pepper and generously coat with the mayonnaise mixture.
Step 4
Place the coated fish on the foil lined pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 to 22 minutes, until cooked through, depending on thickness of the tuna steak.
Step 5
