Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces fresh tuna steaks (two 8 ounce tuna Steaks)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, Dijon
  • 2 tablespoons honey (liquid honey)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, fresh (minced leaves)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, rosemary and garlic powder.

  • Step 2: Place a layer of foil over a rimmed baking sheet and coat with non-stick spray.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle the tuna with salt and pepper and generously coat with the mayonnaise mixture.

  • Step 4: Place the coated fish on the foil lined pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 to 22 minutes, until cooked through, depending on thickness of the tuna steak.
