mmm this was so good, and it gave me the opportunity to use the taco seasoning i tagged. Very pretty on the platter too, I served corn tortillas with it, separately for each to fill from the salad platter. We loved it and will be making it often, thanks for posting.  i forgot to say i used grount turkey; it worked beautifully!
