Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil sweet potatoes in jackets by dropping them into boiling water to cover and cooking covered for about 25 minutes or till tender.
Step 2
Peel potatoes and mash thoroughly.
Step 3
Combine ingredients except for the 3 teaspoons of brown sugar and the paprika.
Step 4
Put in baking dish and sprinkle top with the remaining brown sugar and the paprika.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated 375' oven for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove cover and bake until brown.
