Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Step 2

Mix the butter,sugar and spices into hot potatoes

Step 3

Let cool and mix egg yolks with port

Step 4

Add to cooled potatoes tempering the egg yolks

Step 5

Then fold in the whites gently

Step 6

Grease a 1 1/2 quart souffle dish ,(pam spray)

Step 7

Pour sweet potatoes in and bake 35 minutes

Serve immediately
