Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Step 2: Mix the butter,sugar and spices into hot potatoes
Step 3: Let cool and mix egg yolks with port
Step 4: Add to cooled potatoes tempering the egg yolks
Step 5: Then fold in the whites gently
Step 6: Grease a 1 1/2 quart souffle dish ,(pam spray)
Step 7: Pour sweet potatoes in and bake 35 minutes
Step 8: Serve immediately
