Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the potatoes in a pot and add enough salted water to cover. Cook until tender. Drain.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 3
Mash and whip the potatoes.
Step 4
Beat egg whites.
Step 5
Add the remaining ingredients (except marshmallows)
Step 6
And mix well.
Step 7
Fold in egg whites.
Step 8
Pour into a greased pam sprayed casserole dish.
Step 9
Bake for 30 minutes, some people needed longer cooking.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and cover with marshmallows.
Step 11
Return to the oven and continue cooking until brown.
