"Very easy tasty recipe. I find that the chips are still soft cooking them for 18 minutes but I likw them this way. Cook longer to crisp them up."

Step 1

If the sweet potato is quite large cut your slices in half so the slices are about the size of potato chips

Step 2

Place the oil and paprika in a plastic bag, add sweet potato slices and shake well, evenly coating all the slices

Step 3

Place in Actifry, set time for 18 minutes

Step 4

Salt the slices before serving
