Ingredients
- 1 whole sweet potato (about 2 cups of slices, peeled, cut into 1/8 inch slices.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons hot paprika
- Salt to taste
How to Make

Step 1: If the sweet potato is quite large cut your slices in half so the slices are about the size of potato chips

Step 2: Place the oil and paprika in a plastic bag, add sweet potato slices and shake well, evenly coating all the slices

Step 3: Place in Actifry, set time for 18 minutes

Step 4: Salt the slices before serving
