"This is my favorite salad dressing. I make it in a mason jar, so I can keep the leftovers in the fridge. It keeps well, even with the fresh onion. Tastes best made ahead."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients except the onion and mix well, then stir in onion.
Step 2
Let sit for several hours, at least. The onion gets milder the longer it marinates.
Step 3
It can solidify in the fridge, just pop it in the microwave for 15 seconds or so.
